Samantha: They might work for some but they didn't work for me. They didn't stay up on my ears and that makes it really uncomfortable to walk around with them. They would keep your ears warm though if you are able to keep them on.

Kim C.: I live in a very cold climate and wind gives me earaches. They are large enough to cover the entire ear but have a thin profile that suits the look I prefer. (No Princess Leia buns in hot pink rabbit fur for me!)The construction is well done; no wire pressing against the ear and the fabric feels soft on my ear. The insulation is effective and I can still hear. I like to wear my hair up so behind the back doesn't mess up my hairdo like a hood would. They stay in place firmly with no excessive pressure on the head and are lightweight. Good price too. I would buy them again or recommend to a friend.
