Jude: The advertised dimensions for this product were stated as the stem being 1-1/8inch in diameter. This was not the case. The nut is 1-1/8inch not the stem. I was able to make it work though.

Keto_minded: I know it's not listed for the orange Coleman 5 gal coolers but I tried it anyway. Works great! I can't speak to durability because I just got it installed but I know it doesn't leak which is an improvement over the OEM spigot. To be honest the original was about 25 years old so it owed us nothing. I was willing to take a chance on it fitting the twist top Coleman cooler because I like it better than the pressure fit top Igloos that can leak in transport. I have both. The Coleman doesn't leak from the top and now it doesn't leak from the spigot! I'm a fan!
