chantal: Great product would purchase again. I waited about 1 month to use the product before writing this review. I am using these hooks in the shower. The suction is great they haven't bugged from their original position. They are sturdy can hold a few items on the hook and they look great !

Rembrandt19: Took a bit for me to apply it correctly to my shower wall. There has to be some moisture, but not too much. You have to have the suction cup in the correct position, and press hard (for me) to get it to stick. It is strong enough to hold up my shower mat to dry. The suction cup can come loose after a few weeks if it loses its seal . Just wet the wall and reapply. Should work great in other places as well for items that weigh less.
Other suction cups I've tried could not hold the weight of my shower mat for a long time. I hang my shower mat to keep it from getting mold and put it back down when it is dry.

LinLin: *Update 2* I have moved since and have taken 1 with me. So far it has been on my bathroom wall for 2 months without falling. Not sure what the trick to this is but I guess it’s worth trying it out.

*Update* These have fallen off the wall a few times and I’m not entirely sure why. I make sure the area and suction cups are thoroughly cleaned before application. Once they’re on, I tug on them to make sure they are secure and they always feel sturdy. But then a couple weeks go by and they fall. It’s very annoying.

These hold perfectly to the wall and the hook is large enough for multiple items and long enough so that they won’t fall/slide off the hook. Loves these.

Chad Smith: Many reviews complain they don't work, I think they are simply using them wrong. You have to pull the hook up and press against the wall and then pull the hook down. Works every time. The suction isn't perfect, but I often go weeks (and sometimes months) without have to reattach them. I have a house with multiple shower inserts made of flat, smooth marble and they work great. This is the second time I've bought these and the old ones (which are probably 10 years old) still work (though they've yellowed slightly over time). The more recent purchase look crystal clear and as good as new despite daily use.

Jabberwocky: I just got these in the mail. Very well packaged and with clear instructions. They are sturdy. You have to follow the directions and make sure the plastic cup is wet to assist with the seal lock. Push it onto the wall, with the hook end raised, and then pull the hook down like a lever. You can see it locking onto the wall. To remove, flip up the hook part and gently pull off the wall. If you have issues with suction removal, peel the cup or insert the tip of your fingernail into the outer circle. It pops right off. These are well priced for what they are and delivery was speedy. Don't expect to hang large and heavy things from these hooks. I'm sure that they can handle it but the suction mechanism is a fickle pickle and anything large may just pull it off the wall. I purchased them to hold my husband's shower sponge and a body scrubber brush and they are keeping up their end of the bargain. :)
