Victoria: The story in this book is good and about loving yourself but not sure about all the translations are exact… but I’m not fluent in Spanish.

Idalis: I loved the English version of this book so I had to get the Spanish version, wish it was as big as the original book, because it is small. Some of the sentences don’t make sense to me, but no book is going to have a perfect translation! Still love reading it to my son, because it’s a good lesson!

JJJJ: The book is a little smaller than I thought it would be but it’s a cute book with a positive message. Can’t wait to read it to my daughter!

Skeeder: My two year old son loves this book. It’s one of my all time favorites. We first read it (paperback) at his grandmas house over a year ago and had to get our own copy in board book form. I have it memorized. One of my son’s first words was “purple” because of this book— we laugh every time we read about the purple polkadotted lips! Having two languages at a time is cool, but also a bit to look at at first. I don’t even notice it now so it doesn’t affect reading flow, but some might not like that. The words are funny and encouraging and the illustrations are silly and Suesslike.
