healthyfoodhealthylife: There is no scent. The dog seems to stay cleaner longer, before he starts smelling like a musty sweaty dog again. Very lathery, so it pulls mud n dirty out of his fur easily, and rinses out qiuckly and easily. I pour it in a smaller bottle for the tub, to use it easier. I also use it in my shower sprayer, refillable shampooer. I use it on my cats as well as dog.

Jess: If you’re looking for a shampoo with no scents, colors, or harsh chemicals, this would be a good choice. I’ve used it for years, on all sorts of dogs with skin conditions and allergies. It’s tearless so you can thoroughly wash a dog or cat’s face without fear of it burning their eyes.

If I’m going to give a medicated bath, I will wash them first in this to gently clean them, then do the medicated shampoo so it can just work it’s magic without fighting dander, debris, dirt, or anything else.

Highly concentrated so a little goes a long way. I’ve bathed about 15 dogs of various sizes with my most recent gallon and I’ve only used maybe 1/8th of the gallon so far.

Avid Reader: This shampoo is mild and rinses off easily. The dog rescue we work with says the dogs really enjoy it, and it leaves the coat smooth and clean. It's gentle and won't cause tears. (Don't shampoo a dog's face with shampoo or soap anyway.)
