J. Miner: I love hot stuff and Franks has been my main go to for over fifty years when I was introduced to it in the milatary. I have regularly tried alternatives and discarded most until recently after trying Srirachi. I like, not more than Franks, but equally. Franks is hotter, thinner and vinegary whereas Sriracha ia milder, thicker and ketchupy. They seem to compliment each other to the extent that I use them both together, unmixed, half on each side.
