Amazon Customer: These are made small. Tight for my one year old and she is a smaller child compared to the average her age. She normally wears the size below in normal clothing sizes so was shocked these didnt fit.
Recommend sizing up.

My daughter is 6 months old and 25” tall and these 0-9 months leggings fit her perfectly with room to grow. They didn’t come with stains or holes like others have mentioned. The colors are exactly as shown. They are certainly not too long and would not fit a toddler. I would recommend these tights as they match many outfits!
