Heidi: I do a lot of scrolling thru documents and this has a setting that offers smooth scrolling or click scrolling. It really helps me get thru my work faster.

It's not a travel size and fits perfectly.

On My Feet: I have three cats, and one laptop on a small roller cart. My cats dearly love to knock my HP mouse off the table. My poor mouse spends lots of time flying across the room and has held up unbelievably well. I love the size, it fits my hand and I don't need a lot of extra bells and whistles. I guess I could velcro my mouse to my table .

TomR: My only complaint about this mouse is that they don't make it easy to store and retrieve the USB receiver. You have to remove to batter cover on the bottom of the mouse, put the receiver in a storage slot next to the battery, then replace the cover. No, not all that difficult, but to remove the receiver I usually have to first remove the battery in order to get a grip on the receive to pop it back out. My previous mouse was from Microsoft, and they storage slot was exposed so you didn't have to remove a cover, and it was spring-loaded so it only took a slight push to eject the receiver from its storage slot.

Purchased to replace a wireless HP mouse that we wore out with use. In the plus column, it operates with only a single "AA" battery (our old HP mouse required two "AA"s).

In the minus column, this mouse is a little bit smaller than our old one, making it not quite as ergonomic (or comfortable) to use with larger hands. Also, the new mouse "squeaks" when you dial the scroll wheel up or down. Tolerable, but again, the old HP wireless mouse was as quiet as a mouse. 🐭
