The HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-One Wireless Printer is the perfect choice for any home office. With its easy to use controls and functionality, it's simple to install and provides a reliable and stable Wi-Fi connection thanks to its self-healing Wi-Fi feature. Plus, you can use the HP Smart App to print, scan, and copy remotely on the go, while the Smart Tasks App helps to easily organize and digitize receipts and business documents on your phone. And with Instant Ink and Amazon Dash Replenishment Ready, you'll never run out of ink. AndrewAndrew:
If you ever scan documents semi-often DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER. HP's software and drivers for this printer are some of THE MOST BROKEN that I have ever seen. Yes I'm using the latest HP software, Yes I'm using the latest HP drivers, Yes the printer has the latest Firmware, Yes Windows 10 is fully updated, No HP Support will not acknowledge these are flaws in their software, No they will not "strive to improve our products and services better".
When you install this printers drivers, it forces you to use its HP Smart app. It's possibly the worst printer software I've seen. You CANNOT use ANY of the main functionality buttons on the home page without signing up, and logging into an HP account. This includes scanning from your computer, and using Mobile Fax. I would not recommend signing up for an account with them, who knows what additional telemetry is being sent to HP and then sold on if you agree to any of that.
Scanning is borderline completely broken. If you scan to your computer via the printer, the software on the printer hangs for 30 seconds, then says it could not find your computer. BUT the second you hit "OK", it magically finds the PC, and...

Marcus:
I've been using HP Printers for easily 35 some years (yes, since the later part of the 80s). Those were the workhorses of yore! Didn’t matter if you had a corporate office or you were a sole practitioner (and I was acquainted with both, though most of my years of having HP Printers were as a sole practitioner)! The quality and solidity was 'baked in!' And they've lasted me for years.
Don’t have the same confidence about my HP OfficeJet Pro 8025. The most immediate impression was and is FLIMSINESS. Putting it together was my most immediate shock—I wasn't even sure if the parts fit together. Well, kind of. And it still functions that way. The piece that "holds" your paper, or trying to pull out the "holder" of your printed paper (so it doesn't just fall on the floor), it feels like it might break in my hands — compared to the solidity of the old HP.
So why 4 stars? It prints like an HP would, even compared to the LaserJets, which were almost all the ones I had in the past.
And coming from someone who has done desktop publishing, and worked my way through college in a real printshop, that's a huge compliment.
Same for scanning, copying I'm sure....

K. Murphy: We purchased this 3-In-One Printer/Copier/Scanner to replace another HP model - this was its replacement. Since we are all working from home, it was essential that we have this right away. It came quickly and set up was easy - that's the good news! Unfortunately, we had just found and purchased color ink cartridges for our older model after not being able to get them for months, and literally a few days later, even before we ever printed anything in color, the unit stopped working. We were also unable to get the brand new cartridges out of the machine either since the carriage was frozen - that was one of the unit's issues. This machine was literally only 2 years old, so I feel like it might be planned obsolesence at this point. We ordered this unit because it was the replacement unit for the one we had and hoped we could possibly get the cartridges out of the old one to use with the new machine - no need - pretty identical machine, but uses a different numbered cartridge!!!!! We just threw $40.00 down the drain. Even if we couldn't use the cartridges, we asked around if anyone we knew could use them as we were willing to break the old machine to get the...

Lauren E.: Decent printer. The setup was easy and I like all the functionalities. The downsides are that it uses up ink pretty fast, the ink is kind of expensive, and the top loading scanner sometimes leaves a streak on my originals and also doesn't always pull in all of the stack of documents. I also wish it had a feature to scan in two-sided documents.

Gina V: Absolutely love this printer. Have now had it for several months and do a fair bit of printing and no complaints. Very easy to use and love the refill ink cartridge program. Very handy. Love that it’s wireless and I can print from my Mac, iPad and iPhone. Great print quality, love the scanning and faxing feature. Now that I do much more from home this has been a great investment. I didn’t want a cheap printer and wanted something mid price range. Also a nice size. Not too bulky but fairly sturdy. I highly recommend it.

Lina:
I really enjoy this printer! It was easy and quick to setup. When I print the quality is great! And the touch screen works smoothly. Yes, there is an app to download on your computer that you use to scan documents through, which was also easy to download and easy to use. I like to turn on the printer/scanner without any documents in it first, then once on, open the app on the computer, see that the device is recognized, and then click the scan button in the app, it will prompt me to save the document anywhere i choose on the computer after that. I can also scan directly to my email through the printer and just followed the instructions to get it setup!
When I turn on the printer, it takes a minute for it to startup, which might feel long but honestly is not bad at all.
I just appreciate how good the printing, scanning and copying quality is. Previously I had ordered a Brother printer and the quality wasn’t as good as this HP one!
It’s totally up to you if you want to enroll in the program called ”Save up to 50% on ink and never run out”.. I haven’t enrolled yet and might not since I don’t use up the ink too quickly...

WibbleguyWibbleguy: Easy set up and the wireless connection works well. The only inconvenience is that the paper tray is not designed so that you can see how much paper is remaining, so need to open it to check and then add more if doing a large print run. I have it set up sideways (more convenient for size of the storage unit that it sits on), which is OK. The only really irritating point is that the printer comes with a glossy pink and white label stuck to the top of the printer lid. Unfortunately, it is stuck with a type of adhesive that, if you peel it off (the info is of no great value) much of the adhesive remains on the printer lid. I've used multiple products to try and remove the adhesive, but with limited success. There remains an unsightly, patchy mark the size of the label. Not happy about that.

Bobby-Jo Moss: This is a nice little color printer I use at work. It goes through a lot of toner, but I print a lot of documents. Quality is decent. sometimes leaves a smudge down one side of the page (hence 3 stars) but it is easy to change toners, change paper sizes, paper quality..easy prompt guide on the menu screen. I am overall happy with it. Just wish the smudge wasn't there.
