Secondchances72: Bought this after reading so many great reviews... don’t believe them. I’ve had this for a few months and I hate it! I gave it a fair chance but I just bought a MacBook because this laptop made me hate windows. The fan runs for absolutely nothing, open a folder and it goes nuts, it also is so slow. I did take it out of windows S because Windows S is basically the same as a tablet and I needed programs that S would not allow so I don’t know how much that affected it but it shouldn’t do that much. Also the track pad is disgusting, it has a weird click on the left side and lags a bit. Touch screen is good I guess, I found it super annoying but it worked fine. I have a 5 year old chrome book that I paid 200$ for that works better than this and that is basically one good for internet and video watching.

Just don’t buy it.

Karen Barsness: Really like this computer. So much faster compared to my old laptop, but was seven years old. Not sure if I should give up on the Windows S, but at least you have the option. Kind of limiting with the S
version. Can't store all my photos on it, but I probably should be using the cloud anyways for this. So happy to have this speed to browse the internet and everything else.

Ashley: Excellent laptop to have. I fell in love with this laptop right away and it’s a great price for what you get.

Pros:
-Great size screen
-Starts up super fast
-Light weight and thin
-Great for using Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom.
-Plays the Sims 4 (base game and ALL expansions) on highest settings, flawlessly.
-Holds a great charge if you are doing internet browsing or basic tasks on your computer.
-Touchscreen works nicely. Only have used it a few times because I’m not a fan of using this for a constant touchscreen use. Just not my style, but it does work very nice.
-Speakers/sound is very nice
-Downloads are super fast
-Easy to use and set up

Cons:
-Says it comes with a 125 GB of storage on it, in reality it’s more like 70 GB. However, easy fix is to but an external drive. I use a Toshiba 2 TB external drive (around $60 on here and works amazingly) and use it has an extension of the laptop, problem solved.
-when you unplug the charger the screen dims making it hard to edit photos or do any photoshop work.
-Does not play highly detailed games well, it lags.

All in all, I highly recommend this laptop to almost...

Maggie33: The 10th gen i3 combo with 8gb of ram is great for surfing the web and doing general entertainment and work stuff, and it can actually pull off some pretty good entry level gaming. Plus, this has an SSD which makes loading times in general faster. The touch pad though is pretty bad and the display could be better. 720p is fine but if you want to play games more I'm sure you can find better deals then this. Also the drivers are bad and outdated but it's not so much of a problem because it's not complicated to update them. The build quality is fine and the laptop looks nice. It's not the lightest out there but it still is really light.

Sarah Donovan: I received this yesterday. My initial impression are:
1. Build quality - adequate, plastic but solid enough to withstand reasonable use.
2. Attractiveness - Looks good = silver outside , rest black - sharp enough.
3. Setup - Easy, fast, painless - using voice assistant (like Alexa) to guide you each step.
4. Internet connection - Easy setup and strong connection - no issues so far.
5. Weight - Surprisingly somewhat light for its size - lighter than my Mac same size for example.
6. Keyboard - depends on your preference - not quite as responsive as I like but no real issue.
7. Trackpad - I am the wrong person to ask since I hate trackpads - but I did not find this as responsive as I would like but again no real issue - it works. Just don't expect a fine tuned, responsive experience.
8. Startup - Fast...about 20 seconds up and running from the the time you hit the power button.
9. Screen - much better than I was expecting. Bright. clear - could be richer tones but pretty good for this price point.
10. Speed - So far "medium peppy" - i3 processor and 8 GB Ram seem to pull its load. Will it stay that way over time ?- I have no idea - I am not tech savy...

Nicholle Saunders: I got this laptop for home use. I needed it for my daughter and her schooling from home during COVID-19 schooling shut down. We love the touch screen feature as well as the full key board with number pad. It's been really fast so far no matter how many windows are opened (I think my last count my daughter had 11 windows opened) lol. She has used it for her online school work as well as for playing Netflix. If your looking for a great little laptop (with full number key pad) for home this is the one. Had previously purchased a Lenovo ThinkPad and returned it the next day. Quick turn around (next day delivery). Very happy customer. Thank you.
