Joe C.: My parts bin rack came in with one of the 36 bins broken from the top back left corner all the way down to the bottom. When I reached out to customer service they could only offer me $10 refund and not a replacement bin. This means they are nothing more than a warehouse that handles only the full kit/set without any spare parts to replace damaged ones.
I am giving it a 3 star rating because it isn’t made of metal which I knew it wasn’t, but will need to make sure my shop is warm before removing any bins. The tab that holds these bins onto the rail may become brittle when cold.
The shipping box was not damaged and showed no signs of crushing leaving me to think the damaged bin was boxed up that way.
I didn’t send my rack back and repaired the cracked bin and will only place light weight items in that bin.

Michael McCormickMichael McCormick: Overall for price this product works for my needs but the bins are smaller than I imagined and the plastic thickness is too thin. Bins cannot hold heavy objects causing over flexing the bin, which over time will stress the plastic to brake. The bin metal stand is good quality. I mounted the stand to the wall without the support legs. Applying two 1"x3"x 36" wood strips to the wall allows you to screw the bin stand to the wall with 6 screws.
