jennifer mayers: I like the heat press it self it’s very sturdy but the cords that would connect the cup heating thing to the heat press are flimsy the cord was kinda already coming off when I got it I don’t think it’s gonna come off but I feel like they could have used better material the cup heating one works great the cords are the only thing I have a problem with other than that everything works good also not to hard to put together.Th quality of the cords are the only reason I’m giving it a four

SophiaSophia: Worth of the money and straightforward to use! This is my second heat press machine. My last one is a 12x10 inch press and is still working fine. Need to upgrade to a larger size so I bought this one after some research. This heat press machine comes with a different control box that has a lot of advanced features. You can program three modes into the control box with specific set temperature and time you want. Instead of wasting time changing set temperature and time for different applications, you can quickly switch between the three different modes by pressing the mode button. Another feature that I really like is that the control can record the times of heat transferring, which would be very helpful in a busy work. I was hesitant to buy this machine when see the review about the scratches on this machine, but finally pulled the trigger. Mine is working fine and totally brand new. I noticed that there is a protective film on the mug attachment, and seems the scratches mentioned in the other review is on the film not really the attachment. I don’t think that will be an issue, since the film needs to be removed anyway, as suggested on the manual.
