Anette: I loved how this waist trainer has the hooking mechanism, zipper, and the 2 across straps for extra tightening. I originally bought a large which at first was difficult to hook on but now I can finally hook on to the last 3 clip. I have definitely seen a difference in my waist and will be buying a medium now! Started as a size 40’ waist and now i am down to a 34’

I purchased a medium size thinking it would be very small, like other ones but, no it was perfect the thing now is i need now a small size,it has worked for me and by the picture you can see it is stretching alot to the point of ripping that's because now it seems not to squeeze my waste, trying to put it as tied as i can, so hope this info. works for you, i will now purchase a small one .👍🏼 recommend. worked for me and satisfied. i weight 133. and i am 5'0
