Hugh LeungHugh Leung: This was probably the worst install experience I’ve ever had with a chair. Typically, installing the wheels are the finishing touch and satisfying ending to the chair install but this was not the case. Not only did the wheels did forever to get pushed in, all of the wheels Fitment was not perfect. Every single one of these wheels are off by .mm from one another . Other cheap chairs I have used in the past just push click done, this one I had to use full force/nudging/twisting everything

I’m so disappointed considering this was over $7xx dollars.

Kimberly Johnson: For chair over that's 450$ this did not meet my expectations.

The quality is decent. It's sturdy and quiet.

What downsides I find for myself is:

The hard plastic arch support tends to hurt over time, and I have a high arch I couldn't get it to fit where I needed it.

I am 5.3 and my feet could not reach the floor still at it's lowest.

The seat itself looks soft, but it's not, it's rather firm with no give.

The arm rest on the sides could not come high enough to support my elbows.

After trying it out, and finding it did not suit me well I was unable to take it back apart due to back issues (The whole reason I got the chair) so due to these issues I have since bought other items to try to make this chair better.

Had I been able, I would have it returned.

Liz: I was looking for a new chair for my partner and I was almost set on a Steelcase but then I read basically ALL the reviews and learned it may not be the best for tall people. My partner is 6’6”, 240lbs so I thought I needed to find another option. In the reviews of the Steelcase, someone mentioned the Hon Ignition 2.0 and I am SO GLAD they did. This chair is awesome! So comfortable and so many adjustments options. The only bummer is that the instructions it came with were for a different chair. Thankfully someone had posted a video on here putting it together, so again my day was saved by random internet people.

CJ: For context - I am 6'4" and 230 lbs and been using the chair almost daily for 6 months now.

I bought a few chairs and researched a lot before landing on this chair. Overall, I am a fan of this chair and it checked all the boxes for me for a sub $500 chair. It will not compete against the $800++ chairs that are more for corporate wear and tear.

Assembly: Straight forward and easy. No issues with any alignment or things not fitting. I had it assembled in under 30 mins.

Comfort: The chair is comfortable ONCE you break it in. I found the chair a bit uncomfortable the first few weeks and almost returned it but kept it as I felt it would break in. After that, this chair has been comfortable with me using it 6++ hours a day. No issues with handling my weight.

Ergonomics: The height and lumbar support works well. No issues but my one challenge is that the arm rests need to a little lower. I have longer arms and my arms/elbows sometimes rest on the arm rests and they are not padded well enough for that. It can cause pain so I have learned to adapt/adjust to that. I wish they could be lowered a bit more so my elbows did not hit...

Like Life: I've been using a gaming chair in my home office for years. While it was very comfortable it always felt cheap. It creaked and multiple parts broke, including the stem for the gas piston. While the company did honor their warranty it still meant I spent many days without a comfortable office chair. Finally my dog got his collar stuck on the recline handle and broke it out of warranty. This time I decided to go the office chair route. This was one of the few on my short list and it had 1 day shipping. 21 hours after I ordered it had arrived. Box was in good shape. Putting this chair together was breeze. This chair is very adjustable so I spent some time adjusting everything to my liking. Ergonomically everything fits just right. However, and I suspected this from the pictures, the padding in the seat is quite stiff upon arrival. That meant this chair was uncomfortable.. at first. Now that I've had it over a week, and added the HON headrest, the comfort level is rising. I think over time as the foam becomes less stiff the level of comfort will continue to go up.

Luis: Todo sirve como debe, lo único realmente es que tiene una pequeña imperfección en el asiento en lo que seria prácticamente tapizado.. pero bueno la necesito y no la voy a devolver o algo ( decisión propia), en cuanto a instrucciones tienen que probablemente solo actualizar el modelo imagino, de ahi todo fue bastante "fácil" siempre y cuando tengas a alguien que te ayude, francamente la silla se siente bn, se ve bn y en solo dos dias de uso todo bn, actualizare esto dependiendo de como envejezca la silla al pasar del tiempo y del uso.
Actualizacion**julio2023**Ahora con dos meses de uso de la silla, todo funciona perfecto, la inclinacion, el movimiento del asiento, los ajustes de altura y las plancas, a pesar de no tener muchos niveles de ajuste estan realmente bien por el precio ue page por la silla " 8600 pesos" aprox siendo sincero todo esta subiendo y si esta un poco arriba del precio que deberia, pero la verdad si esta " Bien".

Nick: I work from home, so I spend a lot of time in this chair. When it arrived, it was missing the bolts and instructions. I think they just slid out of the box. The box was taped when it arrived, but the chair was in perfect order.

I contacted the company and they immediately sent out a replacement. I have the chair together, it was very easy to assemble, and it works perfect. Because the base came attached to the chair it feels solid and quiet. Quiet being the really important part for me. My last chair was comfortable, but really noisy no matter what I did. Since I work from home and other work night shift in the house, I need quiet not squeaky. Great chair worth the money. The Large Removable Computer Chair Covers fit perfectly and look great on this chair.

Bala: El montaje fue sencillo y rápido. He estado usando esta silla durante más de 3 meses sin problemas ni ruidos. Proporciona un buen soporte para la espalda y es una buena opción para los veranos. Si tiene mascotas, el asiento tiende a acumular pelo de mascota con el tiempo, pero es fácil de limpiar con una aspiradora. Cambié de una silla gamer de Amazon a esta y es una gran cambio.
