Homendless Single Serve Coffee Maker: Brew K Cup Pods, Ground Coffee, and Tea.

CMB: I searched a long time for a Pod-type coffee maker that had a reusable coffee grounds filter that could prevent grounds from spilling over into the cup of coffee. Our daughter wanted this type of coffee maker, but my husband & I feel that pods are wasteful & not economical. Unfortunately, the coffee ground filter did not work well; coffee grounds ended up in the cup of coffee. This was frustrating, so she stopped using it. I can not speak to how well it works with regular pods as we did not try that. I eventually donated it.

Michael E McCarthy: Takes longer to heat water than a Keurig, but it’s still functioning after almost a year. Had to put something below cup as it tends to get coffee drops splashed on counter. Not big ones to make a big mess, but you see them afterwards and can be a pain to get off & keep dealing with. But, great value vs Keurig as new Keurig models with the spout so far above cup must have the same issue to deal with as well.

Raymond L. Ulrich: It works well for one cup is a bit of a bother if a need for two cups arises. It only holds enough water for one so, requires refilling for the second cup and the filter cup is more awkward to remove and clean while still hot. That said it brews a fine cup with ground coffee and delivers the expected cup with pods. Easy to clean, I usually unplug it then leave both lids up so it can dry out.

Lauren: We have a drip coffee pot in the office but this has been a great addition. It really comes in handy for those who prefer decaf or want a cup of coffee but nobody else does. We’ve been using pods for flavored or decaf and the basket for grounds when only one cup is needed. The larger basket makes it work well for loose tea. We also use it for hot water for tea bags, instant oatmeal, soup/noodle mixes & instant mac n cheese. It’s easy to use, easy to clean, it extracts good flavor and makes a good hot cup. We have not had it long enough to descale so cannot comment. The 3 different cup sizes are also convenient and it doesn’t take up a lot of room. Quite frankly I wish I got this for my home instead of the pricier single serve machine. It will definitely be my home replacement when the time comes.

Rayanna: I planned to return this. It's so cheaply made,the lid broke immediately. The opening to pour water in was so small most of the water went on my counter. I was tissed,asked to return it, and bought a replacement. While waiting for the replacement, I found a bell mouth shaped cup that could successfully get water in the tiny opening, and thought I'd use it till the replacement got here. I had my first cup,and....wow.Best coffee ever,like coffee shop level coffee. I ended up keeping both, the replacement for blurry eyed caffeine needed, this one for coffee bliss.
