Dr Og: Very nice set of battery operated tea lights. I am using them in some home made wooden Christmas trees and they look excellent with a very subtle and realistic flicker. No idea of the longevity of the battery but it can be replaced.

Therese: These are nice battery operated candles. Their brightness is just right for my purposes and, when I look at them continuously, I can notice them flickering. It is very subtle. I haven’t seen them shut off automatically, so I don’t think they have that feature. I wish they did. But they do stay lit with their battery for quite a long time. In fact, the ones I’m using have yet to quit working, even though I’ve been using them for about a month.
I have about six of them in two candle holders in my bedroom to create a peaceful environment. I was having trouble sleeping. The light created by the candles relaxes me. I now even leave them lit while I sleep, as a night light. The level of brightness is like candlelight, but isn’t so much that it keeps me awake.
The nice thing about the package is that there’s 28, so, when I take six, I still have a lot left. This package would be a good buy for the holidays, when I use a lot of candles.
My complaint is that they’re made of a light plastic. That’s good because it allows light to illuminate them, but bad because it makes their appearance less like real candles. The shape is a lot like a burning candle,...

A K: These don't come with a timer or remote, it's just on-off. The flame is below the top edge so you just see the soft orangey glow from within the candle, which was exactly what I wanted. They look white when off, but this is the warm yellow and it is a very nice warm glow. it also has a subtle flicker. This with the color makes it look very realistic. I'm going to put 2 in an amber colored candle jar to put on the windows for Halloween and this, thankfully, was just what I needed
