ErikTheRed: EDIT ON 30 APRIL 2020:
I am changing my review again, but for very good reason. After I edited my review and said how disappointed I was, A rep named Una from Holy Stone reached out to ME! I’ve never seen customer service do that before, so right off the bat I began to change my mind about the company.
I replied back and walked them through the issue of literally 5 seconds flight time, and after cycling batteries and still having the issue, they believed the problem was the drone, not the batteries. By my second reply to them, they already had a new drone shipped out to me! I did not even ask for a replacement, nor did I reach out to them— but they still went above and beyond, contacted me directly after I changed my review, and sent me a brand new replacement.
The replacement came in this week, and it’s been working flawlessly! Not only am I getting 8-10 minutes flight time per battery, the drone now controls WAY better than the original defective one I had, which pretty much left no doubt that I simply had bad luck and got the ONE defective drone they made (based on other reviews I’m reading, this is NOT a common problem AT ALL, so don’t get deterred...

Chimmy Chonga: The media could not be loaded. 1st off: I'm relatively new to the rc hobby. Started only a few weeks ago and this drone was my second purchase after buying one that was $30 full price (it basically sucked but allowed me to learn the basics).
Pros: I don't even know where to begin on the pros of this. The camera runs at about 20 fps when within 15m of the controller and dips down to about 16fps when 100m away (still easily controllable when looking through the phone app). It can go about 275 feet horizontally and I honestly don't know the limit for how high it can go, this is all without wifi interference). The drone comes with extra props, prop guards, phone mount, controller, charger, and 2 batteries for the drone. The prop guards just snap in and, I'm pretty sure, are designed to snap off when crashing at relatively high speed (it takes a large blow to the guards, rather than the drone or props). I have crashed it about 10 times now, nothing super hard but I lost control at distances further than 275 feet, and the drone still flies good as new, just needed to recalibrate the gyro thing after each crash. It flies for about 8-11 minutes per battery, depending on the...
