I play guitar and bass and been playing for almost 30 years. The old ukulele I am calling now a decoration. This new one feels and plays great! It is longer than the common soprano ukulele and much lower action so it is very easy to play. Generally, inexpensive guitars including acoustics, electrics, ukuleles, there are usually sharp edges on the frets that will scratch fingers as you slide up and down the neck and change chords. These frets are very tight and smooth and you do not have that problem. The finish is fantastic and the overall tone is very good as well. It even comes with a quality case that is lightly padded but much better then other beginner ukuleles and guitars which are pointless and very thin. Thins also comes with a nice strap that can be securely fastened to the ukulele so no need to worry about it popping off. This purchase was much much better than I expected and am so excited for my daughter and she was smiling ear to ear with how much more fun playing is. Not to mention her favorite color. ;). Cheers! Cant go wrong.

Alan Thomas:
I am generally impressed with this ukulele, especially for the price and the stuff that comes with it. I purchased the Hola! concert ukulele in zebra wood. There are a couple tiny blemishes in the finish, and actually they are hard to see. I just happened to notice them by feeling them. Maybe I can even buff them out. At any rate, they certainly do not affect playability. The reason I can not give a full 5 star review on craftmanship has to do with the frets. They are a bit rough as you run your fingers down the sides of the fretboard. I am going to try to file them down and see if that helps.
The padded gig bag (case) is actually quite nice, and I am glad to have it. The strap that came with it seems good enough quality. I am not sure that I will ever use it, but better to have and not need than to need and not have, I suppose. A few guitar picks were included in the package. I am not sure why those are included as one strums a ukulele with their fingers, but as a guitar player as well, I never have enough picks.
It comes with access to a website with 2 months of free lessons, making this truly a great package for beginners.

Karen E.: I've played guitar for years and decided to try the ukulele. When I saw this beautiful mahogany concert uke and excellent bundle, I was sold, and I'm so glad I bought it! What a great instrument! It's so fun and easy to play, and the sound is lovely! The mahogany and walnut make it a gorgeous ukulele. And the strings ARE great quality and have not stretched since the first 10 minutes or so that I played it. I love, too, that Adam offers two months of free lessons along with the purchase. Not sure I'm going to use them because the uke is that easy to play, but I appreciate the offer. Do not hesitate to purchase this bundle if you're looking for a ukulele. The price and quality are topnotch and so is this seller who truly cares that you're satisfied. Thanks so much, Adam, for such a marvelous product and purchasing experience!

JoanneJoanne: That acronymic description in my title is not just my personal opinion and experience. As I join the Five-Star Ranks with all the other satisfied buyers, I can truthfully say that everything is as described in the online reviews I read before deciding to make my purchase. Great customer service and follow-up (e-mails for customer satisfaction and offers for lessons). Speedy delivery. Optimal quality of make and sound. Although there are a number of choices to choose from, mine (pictured above) is the "Concert" size ukulele in mahogany color, with attractive details in the design features. Separate handles and adjustable strap on the tote bag, which is in one of my personal favorite colors ~ khaki green ~ with a zipped compartment on the front for the three picks included. The festively-colored ukulele strap ~ also included in the purchase ~ is also adjustable (as all straps should be). Having been self-taught on guitar chords, this little baby will be a cinch to handle and master. The best feature of all ~ this was much more affordable than what I originally expected to find for a quality this good. As I get it tuned up to practice some of my favorite tunes and...

PaulDIY: As a non-musician I was overwhelmed at first by the number of online ukulele options. In the end I relied on reviews and third party opinions to make my decision. I wanted something decent quality to learn on, and ready to go, @ <$100 total cost. Besides great reviews online it also looks great upfront & in-person. The clip-on tuner is easy to use and makes me feel like a pro when I tune up. After tuning - just the sound of strumming with basic chords sounds almost like I know what I’m doing. The gig bag and strap are included and nicely made.
My only disappointment is after 6 weeks of daily use the ‘A’ string tuner appears to be slipping. I will tune it and it will gradually go off-tune after 2-3 minutes of playing. It’s a closed gear tuner so I’m not sure if it can be tightened. I have heard that geared tuners don’t slip - but this is so predictable that I don’t think it’s the string. I have just tried slightly tightening the small keeper nut on top of the tuner 1/16 turn. Either it helped a little- or it’s just wishful thinking. I’m going to try tightening it 1/16 more later to see if it helps a bit more. Otherwise - i love it and...
