I bought these for my wrists when I fell down the stairs. Unfortunately, I have tendinitis and maybe even carpal and my wrist was hurting bad. I have a brace but it braces my thumb so it was very hard to work( typing all day) having this brace freed my fingers and only focused on my wrist and NO PAIN. it helped me a lot through recovery and I keep them handy.

the build quality is average. the velcro becomes frayed quickly, but this is only cosmetic. the brace doesn't move easily and will definitely be more stable when worn for a while from the sweat.
if you use these for thumb tendinitis, they will become slightly curved. flip it around for a few uses if this happens.
