The only issue I had was the case was broken when it arrived and pins were everywhere. It was probably due to the shipper rather than the manufacturer.

James SmithJames Smith: I liked the fact that this is a nice assortment of stainless steel cotter pins. The nice case it came in is in pieces along with the cotter pins when it was delivered. Not happy! UPDATE!!!!! They were very pleasant to deal and actually sent me a new case? But if you see by the photo they won’t fit in this case. I’m not sure what this case is for but it’s not for these cotter pins that I received. I did not realize that there were dividers in the case that they sent me. They went completely out of there way to make sure I received what I purchased. I am completely satisfied and will absolutely use them again. Great company.
