The assembly was very easy. As shown in my pictures I’ve added an aluminum bike rack ( can’t set it ) under the added saddle bag set up.
Can’t wait to ride it just for needed exercise and or for small shopping trips as I do not own a car

Kyle: After browsing all the options and reading reviews I decided to purchase this bike. The first one I received was damaged right out of the box, the from pedal sprocket was bent and it would not shift properly even after adjusting. I ordered a new bike to replace it and out of the box it was fine but just over the warranty period (35 days) the pedal cranks started coming loose and it started making a knocking sound when pedaling. After contacting Amazon even as a Prime member all they would offer is return with a restocking fee (20%), which I did and when I recieved a third one it was scratched! Finally cut my losses returned all three and purchased one elsewhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

PC: I received my new bike and was excited to ride. Unfortunately the assembly manual with the bike was incorrect which took me an entire day to research the assembly of various components. Finally got it assembled and took a family bike ride the next day. Much to my surprise, half way into our ride the rear tire went flat! What a disaster. Now the bike will sit in the garage collecting dust. Thank you Hiland for a wonderful experience.

Forcedreality: This bike is absolutely gorgeous in person. The blue is a matte blue, which looks so much better in person than it does in the pictures. Assembly was fairly easy if you’re even minimally mechanically inclined. I was surprised by how lightweight this bike was. I’m glad I decided to spend a little bit extra to move up from a steel frame.

The only negatives I could see were the pedals need to be replaced (they’re pretty cheap), but they’re functional. The handlebar could also be a little bit more robust. I’ll probably look at replacing that eventually or replacing the grip, at the very least.

Bruno MBruno M: Received bike before estimateed delivsry time. After fine tuning the brakes and gears the bike works perfectly .. bike is solid and comfortable. Im 5 ft 9 255 and the medium frame is perfect. The back wheel arrived a bit scratched from the move but the customer support that ive contacted were quick to amswer and super helpful . Very much aplreciated bike and would refer them at any point . CHEERS

jay mac: If looks were all that mattered then this bike would be perfect but it's far from that ... I can't switch gears without it slipping out of gear ... the crank is totally gone on the bike that was used twice .... very disappointed and would like to no what can be done about this ... I should get stuck with a broken bike that I spend alot of money on

Ryal: For the price I believe this is a great bike. I love all the gears, allow me to put minimal exertion into the hills and straights. Shifts smooth enough for my needs. My only concern is when it comes time to replace the tires. After basic assembly I had to take it in to a bike shop to fix/assemble the breaks and gears, they told me the wheel frame is wider than standard so it will require a special order tube with an extra long valve when it needs to be replaced. Otherwise great bike and unless you are an expert when it comes to bike maintenance, plan on having to finish/fine tune assembly at a bike shop.

AndoAndo: Just picked my bike up from the bike shop after having it run through it's "Basic" first set up. Bike shop said they were concerned and that I should be very careful. Why? Because they seem to think the rims are made of PLASTIC! Yes, hard plastic. I told them I find that hard to believe and so, I would love an answer from Hiland on what exactly the material is their rims are made from, especially as they espouse to how their bikes are made of the HIGHEST materials! I'll retract and give five stars if they can prove otherwise as the bike, besides the narrow seat, is a great bike.

David Przybyszewski: The media could not be loaded.  Bike over all nice, a little heavy for an aluminum frame. The reason, for a "1" star rating; assembled it, went to roll it out to the car from my garage, to put air in the tires, found the the gear arm, changer/tensioner is hitting the spokes. Cannot tell if it is bent or out of adjustment. Having to take it to the bake shop, to spend more money $$$, to fix it, if it is fixable. It took weeks, even as a prime member, to receive it, to just have issues, cost me more money, and inconvenience! I deserve a partial refund, for my inconvenience and extra cost!
