Arpan: I bought a large, cheap, wooden wall clock at a thrift store a while back. The clock mechanism stopped working, so we kept it as decoration, but now I have a functioning clock again!
Super easy to install/assemble. Make sure you measure your clock thickness and length of the clock hands. They have many different thicknesses and length kits available.
Had this in for a few months so far and it is still working like a charm!

Micksop: I used this replacement clock mechanism to replace one on a 24 inch wall clock. It seems to be working fine after a week of use. The process is fairy simple though the instructions are not specific enough and do require some thought. I needed to use the hands that came with the kit because the existing hands did not fit the new mechanism. The new hands were a little longer and more flimsy than my original but I was able to make them work.
