Adam R.: If you are looking to just buy a scooter and not tinker with it, you should factor in that the battery lasts Roughly 40minutes if you're lucky, and literally takes up to 12 hours to charge, realistically, this scooter is going to make you one small trip back and fourth to the store or something and not be ride-able again until you wake up the next day, so basically 1 ride per day, and that one ride has to be within 30 minutes max, or you'll be pushing it back the rest of the way... Which if you ask me, that really goes in the opposite direction of easy mid distance commuting, especially in the cold weather.
So five stars?
Yes, #1 Completely disregard a handful of warnings on the User Manuel if you've even read the darn thing before tearing it apart unlike like me...
#2 rip open the speed controller and bridge one connection to bypass the darn thing that prevents the motor from spinning on literally any Lithium battery pack.
Razor appears to have a flawless Legal/Engineering Team...
#3 Grab almost any Lithium battery pack and use common sense to tell if the power rating is going to destroy your 250w rated motor or make it slower than a semi truck...

Nicholas: Definitely fun to ride but after a long day at work and grabbing 1 or 2 bags of groceries it's a pain in the ass to run out of power a kilometer from home. I'm 240 lbs so just over the 220lbs and getting 35 minutes out of the E300, but I have 40 mins of travel, 10 mins each trip and even use it at lunch to let my dog out. it makes sense due to the weight but probably needs to be 180 lbs to make 16kms where I'm only getting 11 off the 12 I need. I may return it or sell it or look at better batteries if that is an easy fix. handle seems like a poor design and may break, to save power kick start as much as possible as it has a hard time to get up to speed when you are on the heavy side. I am 6-5 feet tall and it's still comfortable but that's it. check the tires inflate them as they are low when it arrives. there are better bikes out there at my weight but this was a better deal at only $400 saving $100 on sale and 5 Amazon payments with no interest, there was no options for Amazon payments for the scooter I wanted. is what it is, still happy I bought it as it saves me 75 minutes walking and let's me take lunch at home 3 kms away on a special paved straight bike path straight to my...

Chance M Hitt: I bought this unit because I always wanted a escooter with a seat.
It took a little work to assemble (basically attaching the seat) but it was simple and easy.
The unit came precharged ,although I connected charger just to make sure.
Took it to the street and its fast stable and well built.
I have not tested maximum distance before recharge.
however I have bought a battery power supply unit (for other purposes)
and it will be interesting to see how carrying the battery supply unit
and riding until I need a recharge and then recharging the unit from the battery power supply unit
will work.
I also have a car and its rather cumbersome to fit the scooter in my trunk without detaching the handle shaft from its base.
I bought a
DEWIN Folding Pole Base - Folding Assembly Electric Pole Base for Xiaomi M365 Electric Scooter Accessories Parts
but it does not fit the shaft.
Its the correct type of part addon its just finding one that fits.
I also purchased a headlight and a bike lock for the unit as add ons.
And I added a duffle bag placed under and behind the seat for carrying stuff.
After browsing ebay ,overstock,...

Petergazinya420: I am a guy who will only purchase something after reading a good review. And I have to admit, the reviews on this were good. The questions / answers that were asked also gave it good marks...but sadly the reviews were good...but in my opinion, the product is sub par in some cases. Here is my breakdown... (seat not used yet so this reflects standing version only and 16 hour charge done which is 4 hours then recommended)
Quality: Very high quality, feels heavy and well made. Great construction with strong welds. Feels very sturdy and holds my weight great. I'm 6'00" and 169 lbs.
Appearance: Again very good. It's simple.
Wheels: Good thick pneumatic wheels. You have to pump them to 12 psi per the warning on the instructions prior to riding it.
Driving / Power: This is my major issue and was a concern prior to buying it...but I didn't listen to my instinct and bought it anyways. I live on a 50 acre horse farm with paved and dirt roads. Living in New England there are hills..and this was my major concern. All reviews said this item does good on hills as long as they are not too steep. Sadly this is far from the truth. Our driveway extends about 600 feet from...

KAPB: This would be a 5 star rating 1) if it had a continuous speed throttle allowing for continuous, smooth low speeds, and 2) more power under challenges like hills, and 3) if the battery lasted longer.
Apart from these three notable limitations, this scooter has served me very well so far. At 49 years of age and 125 pounds, I fall far out into the 13 and up category ;), so that should be factored into my evaluation of it performance to some degree. Also the purpose at this time of this scooter for me, is mobility as I recover from a foot surgery. It is not inherently safe or particularly intended for this purpose, but as an active person very accustomed to riding gas scooters, gas motorcycles, and all types of bicycles, I am comfortable using it this way. I use to it from the parking lot at work, to, and up into my office. But that one reason the 15 mph single speed is difficult to get used to and always results in a compromised ride, at least when not riding it for recreational purposes. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS BEFORE YOU PURCHASE; I WAS NOT. I have to on and off the throttle to mimic a steady low speed (which I think is somewhere rather high, maybe around 5 mph?) and even then,...
