I am not happy with the overall video resolution. Its weak and grainy even in good lighting. Not sharp and definitely not 1440p.

First off, camera is light weight. Something you want to consider if its in use for hours at a time. -Good
Video clarity is good, sharp and easily reviewable - Good
Night shot ( IR ) same as above - Good
Now the not so much. In initial testing this went unnoticed as my testing went on for short periods of time. Over the weekend it was put to it's first actual real world usage. I WAS OUT OF BATTERY IN 3 1/2 HOURS !
This was a major letdown. Is this battery defective? Luckily for me I had a battery pack and cord (used for something else) as a backup. Plugged that in and made it through the rest of the night. I'm past the 30 return window by 8 or 9 days. - BAD
