KAD: This air mattress has been the best investment and we purchased two! Originally we purchased them to take on vacation, but since we have used them for sleepovers at the grandparent’s house, for special sleepovers in mom and dad’s room and also for a little additional closeness to each other. Our children love them and they are the perfect size! Customer service has been top notch too - patient, communicative, accommodating! If I could give this product 10 stars, I would! If you are considering buying, you will NOT regret it.

LMac: I looked at many blowup beds for my grandson & this looked best & had great reviews. When I received it, I inflated both pieces (very fast inflation, BTW); however, I noticed the outer portion was deflating. I tested it a few more times & it was definitely leaking air. I contacted customer service & advised them of the problem. They had me send a picture & then immediately sent me another outer portion of the mattress, which came quickly & had no problems. Their customer service is excellent & they took care of my issue right away. This is not my experience with other companies. Do not hesitate to order this mattress. It’s very comfortable & really well made. I’m very happy with my purchase & would not hesitate to recommend this mattress.

Steven: This is such a fantastic purchase. So easy to travel with. Sets up and packs up so easily. Our son loves sleeping on it so much that he went on a month long stretch where he refused to sleep in his bed at home and only wanted to sleep on this. Then it got a small pinhole somewhere in the outer frame and would deflated overnight. I contacted customer service and they replied so quickly and sent us a replacement in a day. Such a wonderful company and an amazing product. We have had our original for two years. We even bought a second for our daughter to use.

C723: I am finally writing review. We have had my daughter's mattress replaced twice. We bought this bed in 3/2022. The 1st slow leak was in 12/22, and when got in contact with Hiccapop, they were great and super fast with sending a replacement within a few days. I was truly surprised how it was resolved. Our daughter had a bed while visiting Nana. The second slow leak was discovered a week ago. It wasn't keeping in the air. After contacting Hiccapop again, they were genuinely wanting to help. After following their simple instructions they sent via email, they confirmed our claim, and sent out a replacement right away. My daughter is happy to have a bed while visiting Grandma! Great item, and even greater customer service!

Chris: We ordered two of these mattresses for a family trip with toddlers. Right off the bat, one of the two would be totally deflated by the next morning. We spent so much time looking for a hole or opening but couldn’t locate it.

When we came home I emailed the seller for help with a return or exchange and they refused to honour their warranty because our purchase had lapsed the 30 day return window.

Buyers beware if you’re going to cough up 200$ for one of these, the seller will not stand by their warranty. We purchased this in April to get ahead of our vacation planning and only started using it in June. Even though they claim they have a proper warranty for this product, we were swiftly denied any support.

Matt Powell: When we received the mattress, the first order of business was to inflate it to make sure there were no holes, and to see it in action. When unboxing, everything was in the box, the mattress, base, pump, and patches. We aired up the base, took maybe 7-10 minutes with the pump. It was great. It had side bumper walls, it wasn't to tall, and looked friendly for a toddler. We then proceeded to air up the mattress, which is where we hit a snag.
The valves are one way/two way valves. The small inflatable hole where the air pump goes is one way, but then to deflate, you pop out the big plug to air it out and fold it up (which is very convenient since you can get ALL the air out of it).
When applying the air pump, the mattress was not airing up. I knew a bit about one way valves, so I took a look at the gasket and cleaned it off with a baby wipe, and attempted again with no luck. I ended up removing the large two way plug (deflater plug), and put the large adapter on the air pump just to blow it up and make sure there were no pin sized holes, and there weren't.
Because of this issue, instead of returning it to Amazon, I called Hiccapop customer service which number was provided...

Paul: Great, durable and comfortable product. Our little one (2 y/o) love the 'vacation bed'. After playing and jumping on it, it didn't lose air. The vinyl is think and durable.

Is it expensive, for what's on the market, yes. Is the price totally worth it, also definitely yes!

I can't recommend this bed enough.

Pro-tip for our U.S. friends, buy this bed from the Hiccapop website, it is way cheaper than what you need here. Canadian friends, sorry, we are stuck with this price (and no warranty).

Amazon Customer: UPDATE SEPT 2021: BE AWARE!!! I just went to request a replacement mattress for this bed as there was a leak. I reached out to Amazon about the warranty and they stated that I needed to reach out to the seller. The seller said it wasn't their problem and told me to bring it up with the manufacturer and I was just told today that the manufacturer DOES have a lifetime warranty on this product BUT the lifetime warranty is NOT VALID in CANADA! I have opened a case with Amazon to escalate this to the seller B&B GLOBAL INC. in hopes to get my replacement.

I will add that the MANUFACTURER has been AMAZING to deal with throughout this ordeal. If you are in the US - this is a great product and backed by a great manufacturer. Any buyers in CANADA - BEWARE!!!

This bed is super easy to setup and to pack up. I've had no issue with it leaking air/deflating. My little guy (2.5yrs) loves it. He sleeps so well in it and the sides are high enough that it keeps him from falling out. I would definitely recommend this product!
