Funstuff: Finally, I found a replacement tank flush lever for my one-piece TOTO toilet. It is made of a similar material to the original part, and the fit is even better, all at less than half the price. I am happy with this product and grateful to Amazon for making it easy for me to find home appliance parts.

Jeff L: Good product, but beware of receiving the wrong finish. I ordered and returned two pairs of the “gold” (polished brass) levers. (2 units per box) Both contained a pair of brushed nickel levers in seemingly original wrapping. Box has a product label that states “gold” finish so I presume it was an error in the factory / original packing. Amazon suggested contacting the manufacturer (perhaps because of a high return rate on the ASIN?), who couldn’t seem to care less about the issue. “Just return them and buy two of the single-lever packages.” In other words, the manufacturer knows of the problem and don’t care and just want Amazon to have to deal with the return and re-sale. Good product, poor support.

Jeff Schoenwald: All I really needed was the threaded nut that holds the lever in place on the tank. The old one was cracked. But that measly part was not available. So I bought set of two to be sure I had an extra nut, in case the same thing happens to my other Toto. I guess I could have scoured a hardware store for the 50 cent part, but in fact buying the lever set online costs much less of my time.

Haifeng ZhengHaifeng Zheng: Nicely package, two for the price of one of the OEM one. And it's exactly the same style, size from the look of it, they even design it so it probably would last longer than the original (see the (2) reinforced spot that is not on the original). Very easy to install, my teenage daughter was able to install it. But then I found it wiggled more than the original, so put in a piece of rubber flasher (see (1) in image), now it is perfect. That's why I give 4 instead of 5 stars for it.
