I have been a heavy smoker for the past 2 years (about once a day) and just recently slowed down about 3 weeks ago when I found out I have to take a drug test next month. Since then, I’ve been smoking about once weekly. I bought this detox drink to test it out to find the best method to use for my drug test.

I decided to take my practice drug test on a Thursday, so I began the process on Tuesday. On Tuesday, I began eating as healthy and light as possible but still consumed some sugar and carbs, just not as much as I usually do. I only drank 4oz of pineapple juice in the morning each day and drank 54oz of water the first day and 72 oz the second. The second day (on Wednesday) I also began taking the Detox pills 2 at a time, every 2 hrs with 24 oz of water starting at 12 PM.

On Thursday, I did not eat anything
and began drinking the detox at 11:30 AM. It tasted really awful to me and it took me about 30 minutes to completely finish it. To finish the drink I had to chase it with water and take several breaks chewing gum. Anonymous: In short, this drink worked for me, but there were a number of things I did that I believe made this drink work better, all of which I gathered from research. I am a male in my 20s that weighs 192 lbs and have smoked daily for the past few years.

I abstained for about 10 days leading up to the test. During those 10 days I ate low carb and low sugar, I drank a lot of water (sometimes with lemon), and also took fiber supplements. In addition I also did cardio exercises mostly every other day. The day before the test however I loaded up on carbs and sugar in an effort to “trap” toxic fat cells underneath non-toxic fat cells. I used this drink in addition to the pre cleanse pills that are recommended with it, which I took the evening before the test day, each with 16 ounces of water.

Day of the test I don’t eat anything until after the test is completed, just drank a little bit of coffee. I consume the entire drink, refill the bottle with water, and consumed the water about an hour and a half before my scheduled test time.
