DELTAGLASS5: Quite pleased with the product. I do an extensive work out a couple times a week and some yoga stretching and enjoy using this mat. It’s stores easily in a roll behind a door. I have had it a few months and I’m sure it will last a number of years. Easy to clean and maintain. I would highly recommend this product for working out.

Zarana U.: Love this yoga mat!!! It's got a thick layer of support which I needed for my knees in yoga class. This mat on top of my old mat and my knees don't hurt anymore at all in class. Definitely recommend getting this mat!

Elizabeth M: Thick mat but probably only good for low intensity exercise. There is no grip to it, so it doesn't stay put if you want to do certain poses. This also causes the mat to stretch out and eventually damage it.

Amazon Customer: I haven't done much exercise during quarantine except walking. I decided I wanted to start some home routines but I didn't have a mat. I've used some yoga mats when the gym was open but my tailbone always hurt if I was doing russian twists or in and outs or v ups. I finally made the decision to invest and buy a thick mat. This mat is magical. I feel like im on a cloud. My butt and tailbone love it. It's also nonslip so I can do some exercises on it where I move and it's been nice not to slip around. Highly recommend

L.V.: This mat has great cushioning. I have used it for yoga, pilates and floor work in general fitness exercises. I used to have a thinner mat and I could feel everything through it, forget about doing table top poses with sensitive knees. But this mat actually makes it not just possible but also enjoyable. I use it on a cement floor so that's saying something.
It's also got good traction, meaning I don't slip when doing down dog or other balanced weight shifting poses.
As for the smell that some people complain about, it wasn't that bad. When I got it I hung it outside over the fence for a few hours and the smell is completely gone and hasn't come back. It rolls out to completely laying flat, the ends only stayed curled up the first time I used it. I do roll it up the other way every time after using it.
All in all it is definitely a great mat for it's price, especially for people that like their mats to have some extra cushion.
