DeannaDeanna: The shell of the box is made of good, solid material, but unfortunately the inside support is made of cheap poles that don't hold up at all. A few months after assembly the front support bar of the structure bent in half and broke under light use,. It had rust on the inside, which it should not have because it was kept in a covered area and the box not exposed to water on the outside, let alone internally. I did a "repair" with duct tape, but it continued to sag in the front. Recently I went to measure that pole, as I had planned to replace it with PVC; but, when I opened it the whole structure caved. The back poles had both broken off where they were attached at the joints. (Again, just from the weight of the shell.) As you can see by the picture, the poles are made of thin metal, and the joint supports (t-joint things) are made of plastic. All four bottom t-joints, as well as 1 of the top ones has split and won't hold new poles even if I replace with PVC. I used this box for storage of some gardening supplies, it was on a covered patio and rarely opened. The ad says you could take this camping... but I don't think it would last through 1 trip. I sent a message to customer...

Diana Hsiang: Assembly was very difficult. The fabric cover for our product did not fit over the metal rods and connectors provided. We needed to file four of the metal poles in order for the fabric to stretch over top, which resulted in the fabric buckling on some sides. We tried to return the item initially, but the price of shipping it was too much. Totally not worth the effort.

Jessica LeismeisterJessica Leismeister: I set up, took down, re set up for the product to still not able to be sealed. I read reviews which it seemed good so I was patient and surprised. Sent lots of photos. They wanted me to repackage and return for a replacement. There was no way I would be able to get that into the box it came in again or find a big enough one to mail back. Which is why I took so many photos. Sad, as I was hopeful and tried to explain. Lost out on the money and the product.

MilissaMilissa: THIS IS REALLY A ONE START RATING: I am SO disappointed in this product. A side pole (#3) was missing! It also had a weird seam area that looks like it will tear and there is also a hole where the top cover came disconnected from the small grommet on BOTH sides! I haven't even been able to put it together and it's already falling apart. I wanted to LOVE this box as I was hesitant to purchase but decided to give it a try. I can't use it as I can't get it back into the box so NOW I'm out of money I paid and I can't use it because even if I get a dowel or something to use as the #3 pole, it is NOT going to hold up with ripped seems and open grommet holes...it wouldn't be water proof. Very frustrating. Would not recommend.

I even emailed to let them know about my issues and heard NOTHING back from them. Will try myuck purchasing from another manufacturer...Will return this and let UPS figure out how to box it up. Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe how I feel.

Seadog: Almost a year later this container is doing very well. Full sun and weather it hasn't cracked or gotten hard. No leaks and is somewhat bug resistant. I haven't moved out from where it was originally place either. I upped the rating to four stars because it really has exceeded expectations. I would not move this as i think the frame muggy not handle it. If the company could offer a better frame it would be better. Still too expensive, IMO, unless the frame was aluminum or fiberglass.

I purchased this to temporarily store bulky, light camp gear that was going to sit next to my off road trailer. When I found it was basically pretty delicate vinyl, I was disappointed. I should have assembled it on something soft as I did it in the driveway and put some small holes in the corners from abrasion. The frame assembly has to be exactly right or the corners will not fit and you might tear a seam trying to get it to come together. I tried taking it apart again to get the corners to align, but still couldn't. Measured and it's off, not square (I know it's rectangle.) Good idea but bad execution. For the cost, I expected better materials. I would return it but I damaged it during...

Anonymous: Unfortunately the cover did not fit the frame on one side. It was too short. We were unable to complete putting it together.
I was trying to replace an outdoor storage container that had been discontinued so we were very disappointed that the Yard Dash didn’t work.

Matt: This is exactly as advertised. It is made of a very heavy vinyl material that is sewn and closed in on all edges. The bottom is a separate reinforced piece that is fully sealed to the rest of the outside skin. The top is angled to let snow and rain slide off and it fits tightly with about a 3-4" overlap. The straps are strong and the buckles are beefy. Installation is easy. There are metal bars and plastic elbow connectors that you use to build the internal frame which the skin gets pulled around. It can be taken down as easily as it is assembled although you will want a rubber mallet to get the elbow all the way on or off. Once built, the skin fits very tightly so it holds its shape very nicely. The dimensions are exactly as advertised. The only potential "flaw" (if you could call it that) is that there is a wonderful vent fairly low at the front to allow moisture to escape so the contents stay dry. It is covered fully by a heavy vinyl flap that has a Velcro closure with a mesh panel sewn in behind that to the there is not an actual opening into the box. A determined animal looking for winter shelter could get their head under the edge of the flap and chew though the mesh but...
