JrGJrG: The installation was easy..set up and assembly not to bad.. added extra reflection tape.nice it doesn't cover license plate when all sides are up. Had to replace 1 of the cotter pins in one of the pull latches but that was no big deal. The basket slide in to the hitch will need to be trimmed at some point to make it to the second hole for a more secure counter poise but other than that this should haul what I need it to. I weigh 260 lbs and it took all of my weight with no issues. The amazon page says 500 lb capacity however the instructions says 400 lbs. either way, it will work.

Melissa Mendez: Out of the box the basket had missing paint or powder coat. So thoes spots will rust. The assembly part was fairly easy. Some user error was happening but that's no knock against the product. Once it's all put together and attached to the car it's has a tiny wobble. We did purchase the stabilizer that is recommended and good thing we did. Once that stabilizer was on no rattle what so ever, very sturdy. The value for the money is ok. Id feel it's worth $120 to 130. I bought mine on sale and with a coupon so I believe i paid 120. Due to the chips on the frame I'm going to have to buy something to cover thoes spots which is why I took one star off. Also my car is a hyundai santa fe for anyone wanting a reference.

Gary GoodGary Good: Arrived one day early and the box had a little damage and when opened revealed one of the mesh members was broken (see photos). I learned more watching YouTube videos than from the instructions that came with the product. Once I figured everything out and with help it should do the job. Thanks
