Golfcrackerjack: Works well once the base is securely driven into the earth... and if the earth is million-year-old + clay, say like on O‘ahu. Otherwise, mount it, at least the top several inches of the prongs, in concrete or tie the top to an adjacent wall. Otherwise, it'll slowly or quickly topple depending on the hardness of your soil. Bcas: Really like this garden hose holder and would buy again. My only suggestion would be for the prongs to be slightly longer so that it can be adapted to different soil conditions. Would buy again without hesitation.

BennyR: This looks awesome in the yard. More sturdy than it looks. The coating looks good, and after a few months of falling over and being drug around the yard, it still looks as shiny and rust free (once hosed off) as it was on day 1.
Why does it get drug around the yard? Well, i'd say it's more suited to a single, smaller roll of hose. We have a big yard and used this thing to hold a lot of hose, and if you pull too hard, its easy to knock it over, right out of the ground. If you have soft soil, prepare to keep fixing the lean lol.
If I needed a hose holder in a smaller yard, I'd definitely buy again!
