DivinDave: This water hose rack is OK. I recommend it if you are looking at an affordable option as compared to wrought iron. It's sturdy enough for plenty of hose, easy to install, and looks fine.
And it DOES come with mounting anchors.
If you don't like the color of it, (it's dark brown) all you have to do is spray paint it whatever color you want to.
