Nkietz77: I’m a dog groomer and I loved the different settings on it. Everything worked great but then about 2 months of use the handle started making awful noises when you only put light pressure on it. Hand to buy a different one.
Customer service reached out to me and fixed the problem I had with my nozzle. This company truly cares about their customers and couldn’t be happier with the result.

Patrick: Leaking around the area where you turn for different sprays. Had it in use only 2 months and it leaks more than just a couple of drops. It pours out.
I received a new one from the seller, have not used it much but so far no leaking problem after six months

S. Steinacher: Truly only time will confirm if this is worth the little bit extra over the fully plastic ones, but after having to replace them yearly for leaking, it seemed worth a try. So far I’m impressed and pleased with it function, but will have to update again in a year.
