MARMich: This is an excellent wreath holder. It is very well made - probably the nicest I ever purchased. But the antique brass is not brassy at all. It is more of a brownish, oil rubbed color with a stainless/silver base. I am not returning it because I love how sturdy this thing is, but it doesn't match my brass exterior lights and door handle. Just a heads up.

Calliope: I have super-tall 9' doors in my apartment, and these are perfect for over-the-door hooks, since normal ones are too short to be useful on such tall doors. I have several in my apartment for robes and towels. I won't say they look great, but they're sturdy enough and get the job done.

Demetro: So when we moved to our new house, with taller ceilings and doors, I realized I didn't have enough places for hanging towels, etc. And I didn't want to drill more holes in our bathroom walls, so that left over-the-door hangers. But all the ones I saw online and in-store didn't allow the towels hang down low enough from the top of the door for my short self to reach them. much less re-hang once done!
So I was thrilled to find these Adjustable Wreath Hangers; with felt on the backs. The felt keeps the Hanger from rubbing on the door; and the adjustable back is a slider mechanism - easy to adjust. Now both me (short) and my husband (tall) can use our bathroom linens with equal ease!
Two for $15.00 is a good price for an time like this. The Brushed Nickel finish is a nice touch, too - it matches our bath fixtures :-)
