Hausse Foot Stretcher and Rocker - Enhance Mobility and Flexibility in Your Feet

Dr. Jeff Doubter: I can't believe some of the comments regarding this device. I stretch with this almost every day and it is a great tool if you think about using it. The people who say "hang off of a stair" or "it doesn't fit my female size 8 foot" cannot be using this correctly because I am a size 10 1/2 (male) and use this device quite successfully. The first thing I do is stand in front of the wall with the device about 12 inches away from the wall (of course, facing it) and I put 1 foot in the device and lean/rock toward the wall. This is a fabulous and effective calf stretching device. In addition, if you hold the stretch longer and in different angles toward the wall, you can stretch all the way up your gluteus musculature, especially if you take care to been correctly and slowly and use yoga breaths. I use this device in concert with a "True Stretch" station at the gym and stretch out the lateral and medial portions of my upper and lower legs. Used correctly, with thought and slow movements, this can be used to help prevent injuries. harpeb: I was plagued with plantar fasciitis for years and years. Consulted with a podiatrist who gave me an insert and some exercises. Those exercises barely helped. I needed physical therapy for my back and the physical therapist had me do some new stretches including using the foot stretcher. It is the first and only thing that made a huge difference. I do need to use it religiously every day before I walk and go to work. I really should be using 2x a day. When I was doing 2x in therapy, the stretcher was very effective. AND it improved my spinal issues which are severe (5 level spinal fusion w/ metal plates & a new compression fracture in my fusion- not good)!

MommaCX3 ☀️❤️MommaCX3 ☀️❤️: I ordered one of these because my grandma had one and I knew they are great for stretching your calves. This one does not disappoint! Great calf stretch which is wonderful because that is an area of tightness for me and can be difficult to fully access. The accompanying booklet also informs you how to access stretch in your inner and outer calves which I don't believe I have ever done. Feels great!

The booklet also describes several other stretches but I could not decipher the meaning of the text. Seems it needs editing. I'm happy with the product for stretching my calves but would be interested in trying the other stretches as well. For the incomprehensible manual I deducted one star. The product itself however deserves a full five stars.

Be sure to wear shoes for maximum effect! I'm size 7.5 but my feet are too small to comfortably stretch with it without shoes. The manual clearly says to wear shoes as well.
