Joseph: We bought two of these mirrors for a bathroom remodel. They are exactly as advertised and are high quality. The touch buttons are intuitive, I never read any directions but I figured it out. The mirrors give you a lot of options and look great. I would buy these again.

L. LordenL. Lorden: Very easy to install and looks great. Put mine on a 1/2 switch plug and it remembers the settings I last had it on, VERY happy with that feature.

Suggestion to manufacturer: The 90 degree plug included is polarized, this took away options for me with choosing my 1/2 switch receptacle as I used the recessed/clock style to ensure I didn't have interference issues with the mirror. Not being able to rotate the plug is my only complaint on installation.

Monte HickingbottomMonte Hickingbottom: I purchased two of these mirrors for my master bath, his and hers. They came in quickly, and although the boxes were damaged, they were well-packaged and in good condition. Both were easy to install, but the first took a little longer with the learning curve. They are extremely bright, and the fog-free works great. I purposely ran the shower on high heat for 15 minutes, and only the edges fogged up. My prior mirrors would fog after 30 seconds, especially the one directly across from the shower. I've only had them for a week, but if they hold up, then they will be one of the better purchases I've made for my home.

Shopper Girl: I needed two lighted mirrors for a 9' long vanity and glad I invested the time to do some research on lumens (brightness), kelvin (color of light), and CRI (clarity of the mirror). The black frame 40x32 was the perfect solution. At 8500+ lumens, each light offers an extreme about of light. I'm glad I saw them lit before I was going to buy a pendant for extra light between them. Not needed! These lights can light up my whole bathroom which is 12x15. Stepless dimming helps you control the brightness. I got the three colors of light at 3000K, 4200K and 5500K. And no flicker. And it has the memory feature. The clarity of the mirror is simply gorgeous. This mirror offers a CRI of 95, versus others at 90. I have 4 buttons and having the anti-fog on a separate button was something I wanted after reading about other mirrors where the anti-fog is connected to the power button and people didn't like it. I wanted a matte black frame and it is ever slightly textured and has a rich look. It certainly doesn't look like that cheap, plain black metal on others mirrors. At only 1.4" deep, it doesn't look bulky or sit out too far from the wall. Originally I thought I wanted a back lit feature, but...

Youhaftabekidding: We bought two of these for a recent master bathroom remodel and they look wonderful. I hardwired them and gave them their own switch so they can operate independently of one another and of the overhead bathroom lights. So why not five stars? Here’s why:
1. Although they look great, and are exactly what we wanted, at $300 each they’re simply overpriced for what they are.
2. Once I had them installed, I couldn’t figure out how to activate the anti-fog function (The instructions, overall, are pretty poor) so I emailed the seller (Who was extremely responsive, by the way) and found that the anti-fog function is always on whenever the mirror light is on. That seems odd to me; will that wear the unit out more quickly? How much more power does that use?
3. They are heavy. Prior to purchasing them I read the reviews and that was one of the recurring comments. So I bought them early in the project, found out they are, in fact, very heavy, and added 2 x 4 backers to the wall on which they were to be hung. I cannot imagine hanging these on drywall with hollow wall anchors.
