Bradley Nock: I love the shiitake and Worcestershire powder added to this rub. It’s very complex and hits a lot of notes up front. This would make the most delicious potato chip powder! It’s got a tiny little spice kick but it’s nothing crazy (especially if you love spicy). I would definitely recommend the splurge (a little expensive) and to support Harry Soo!
