Critical ThinkerCritical Thinker: This tea is great, but Amazon shipped it in a plastic bag with no padding, so the box arrived crushed. This occurs every time I buy tea that is FBA.
I can't put what would otherwise be a nice box on display, because customers will think that I don't value them.
Not acceptable.
