Lisa: I received these boots with in a couple of days of ordering for my husband
which was great they are really nice quality boots but I didn't know they were "steel toe" upon returning and waiting for a refund to be issued, it's been two weeks. The status on return is "still on the way back" literally since the day a handed them to UPS lady in the UPS store. I don't understand why it would take 5 or 6 weeks to refund $208.00 dollars. I've never experienced this long of a wait in all my years of ordering from Amazon. I would have given a (5 star rating) even returning these because they are really nice & good quality but I am very dissatisfied with the return process.
