The threads are pre-sorted and the pattern is easy to follow, though I used YouTube to learn how to do the stitches. These patterns are perfect for learning and practicing various stitches without being overwhelming. Colie G: This is my first time doing embroidery and I love the ease of this pattern! Its nice how the colors are organized and clearly labeled on the pattern and how each stitch is called out.
As a true beginner, I do wish the directions were a bit more clear. I watched YouTube videos on the stitches which helped. I also had no idea what the flower was for. It's to help you thread your needle without splitting hairs (literally). Found that out halfway thru my second pattern haha
