bookworm: I love this coffeemaker! This is my second one that I bought for my home , The first one was dropped by the cleaning lady and it cracked the water reservoir and it leaked out while coffee was brewing. I also bought for my daughter and she loves it too . Great for a pot or a quick k cup .

Wendy Boone: I absolutely love this coffeemaker. I only wish I could select the cup size when I brew a single cup. Instead, it just brews whatever water you have in the single cup reservoir. I’m getting used to it though. I also love being able to set the timer so I can have a pot brewed and ready to go as soon as I wake up. Definitely worth the money!

Ralph G. Mohler: This Hamilton Beach combo coffee machine is a good example of how to do it right in nearly every aspect of a successful product. It is easy to set up to get your first cup of great tasting coffee. I've owned other Hamilton Beach coffee makers. All of them were long lived and work well. This machine follows in their footsteps so far. There are many coffee makers to choose from on Amazon. I've tried several others and found some of them problematic especially regards longevity. Many of them lasted 6 months or less. Unless you need features such as milk foaming, espresso or other barista enhancements, I don't think you will find a better coffee maker for the money than this item.

k shortisk shortis: No where in the old directions did it say anything about cleaning NEEDLE for pod side. Before I could research my husband's favorite kitchen appliance, he had put it in the trash and it was gone. Guess we just threw away $99. When the new one arrived, it had CLEAR instructions on how to clean the pod dispenser when it stops filling up the cup. Lesson learned.
