Meda: Used it to grind sugar from granular to castor sugar and the plastic bowl cracked. Very disappointing as this was the 2nd time used. I returned it one other time for exchange because it stopped working after a short time. This time I'm way out of return or exchange date. The cord is rediciously short. What a waste of money.

RWB: This is my second one, the first one lasted many years and would still be working if I had not dropped the LID one too many times. Once you get used to fresh ground coffee beans there is no going back.
Even if you purchase Ground coffee it is not fine enough to work well with Espresso Machines.
I can't drink regular coffee after so many years of making my own Expresso or Cappuccino from fresh ground Beans.

ShopaholicShopaholic: I purchased this grinder exactly 1 yr ago (10/26/22) to grind decaf beans in anticipation of/during pregnancy. Today while grinding the last batch of beans (I'm 38wks), the grinding chamber cracked. For $20, I would say it served its purpose. RIP little grinder.

Rebecca Miller: I use this for crushing pills for a feeding tube. I have used this brand for years now. I like it because it can be taken apart and washed easily. I am not pleased with how LOUD this particular model is.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this product. I have purchased Hamilton Beach grinders for years and this one is a piece of junk! I have had 3 of these now. One split down the side first thing. It builds up moisture, even without ever getting it wet, so you cannot get it to lock and it takes cleaning it with a Q-tip and alcohol and nearly 30 minutes each time to get it to lock and work. This is the worst model they have made. It is also VERY loud. They need to figure out a different system or something before I will buy their brand again. I give it a 0/10

Jason Compton: I bought a can of coffee. No where on the package did it say anything about it being unground coffee beans. Boy was i surprised when i got home and go to make a cup of this fancy coffee i just bought. So I figured lets see what coffee grinders amazon has. I found this model as well as the black one that is a few bucks cheaper. I decided to go with this one just because it was stainless instead of plain black.

This thing is awesome. So easy to use and the power cord spools up into the bottom and stores away neatly. The "guts" come out and easy to wash and let air dry. Totally worth the purchase and now i am enjoying the world of grinding my own coffee beans like im some kind of stuck-up coffee snob ;)
