First of all, this air mattress can only be used in a car's back seat, and probably its size may be too big for a compact car (my car is an Acura MDX).
I bought this for my trip from New Jersey to Orlando. I have two drivers so that one can rest while the other one is driving.
Good: It is very easy to inflate and it is comfortable to rest on when it is inflated
Not as good as I wish: It seems the air leak is a bit higher than I wish
Not used to: the back seat is raised up a few inches when it is inflated. You need to get used to this.
In summary, if your back seat is empty, this could turn the back seat into a more comfortable resting place. I am happy with this purchase.

UPDATE 2: Mattress completely popped while filling with air. It wasn't even fully inflated when one of the seams just gave up and ripped almost a foot in length. Do yourself a favor and STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT.
Used it a few times and it already spring leaks. Easy to inflate and even easier to deflate with all the holes this crap will spring. They give you 4 patches with the set. That should cover you for a day. This giant hunk of doo doo springs multiple leaks at the seams this is extremely poorly designed and made. Stay away from this product.

As a reference, I am 5'6" and 150lbs. and am using this in a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
Overall, this is a good product and works as advertised. It is comfortable enough to spend at least a few nights on. I used this on a 3 day/2 night trip through the desert.
Inflating it with the included pump is fairly quick. It took me about a minute to inflate each of the two sections. The good thing about the valve is that it has two inserts. The first is a hard plastic, one way valve used for inflation. Plug this into the hole in the mattress and attach the pump to it. Once you get to the desired pressure you can remove the pump without fear of losing air. Then you plug in the second, soft rubber section which is the cap that seals the valve during use. Both pieces are attached to the mattress so there is no way to lose them. Deflation is even easier. Just pull out the hard plastic section and all the air will come out.
For the downsides, the mattress is a little short for my vehicle. It does not extend fully to cover the depth of the seat. There was about a 1" gap between the back of the seat and the mattress. This leaves the seatbelt buckles partially...

I have a 2009 toyota Corolla and it fits perfectly. At the time of writing this review, I have had the mattress inflated for about 2-3 days and have not noticed any air leakage. It's comfortable, gives solid support, and is nice and snug in the back seat (so you're not flopping around). Highly recommend.
