Older driver: Fits my 16 foot sea kayak, although the amount of stretch may decrease durability. straps are sturdy and appropriately placed; water does not collect in the underside folds. Very water resistant initially; time will tell as to durability.

J. Donaldson: The previous kayak cover we purchased (not this one) deteriorated and tore very easily after only a couple of months outdoors. Switching to this model hoping that it will last at least a couple of years. So far so good.

It has been outside covering our kayak for about 3 months and shows no sign of wear. Our days are mostly sunny with overnight temperatures as low as 30F and highs of about 85F

JR: This product was "as described," which is always a big plus for me. Some of the lesser reviews said it did not fit their kayaks well and was not of good qualify. I did NOT find either to be true. The covers fit both of my kayaks (different sizes) well, they were of good quality and a nice thickness. These are not heavy duty covers but are quite sufficient to do the job. The covers fit well. Plus, shipping beat the estimated delivery date.
