ZZ81ZZ81: So far so good. The wrist wraps offer way more support than my schiek Velcro wrist supports. I watched a Larry wheels video about how to use the wrist wraps and oh my God it makes a difference start wrapping at the level of your thumb.
Elbow supports seem great. The wrist wraps are included free for the same price as the iron bull elbow sleeves. I kind of wish they had plain black. I am 5’9 195 and have 16.5 inch arms. The XL are perfect!!! They fit tight enough that I’m probably only going to wash them in cold and air dry them. Thanks Gymreapers!

THE ELBO SLEEVES HAVE ALLOWED ME TO CONTINUE PRESSING HEAVY WEIGHTS INTENSELY INTO MY 60TH B. DAY. THE WRIST WRAPS ARE WIDE & CAN PROVIDE TOO MUCH STIFFENING COMPRESSION IF NOT CAREFUL. LOOSEN BETWEEN SETS. BOTH HAND WASHABLE & VERY WELL MADE. USE A TAYLOR'S VINYL OR CLOTH RULE TO MEASURE AROUND THE ELBO & ARM WHEN ARM IS OUTSTRETCHED & WHEN THE SIZING INSTRUCTIONS SAY FOR A TIGHT FIT SIZE DOWN ONE SIZE- DON'T DO IT. GET THE SIZE ACCORDING TO YOUR EXACT ACCURATE MEASURMENT. I HAD TO SEND THE FIRST PAIR BACK DUE TO FALSE SIZING INSTRUCTIONS ON AMAZON.

ArnasArnas: Bought these in September and barely 4 months later they are already splitting at the bicep area. I use them twice a week so roughly 30 uses before it starts falling apart. Wouldn't recommend for anyone it's probably better to spend a little extra the first time and save money long term.
