Alexander Tran: I purchased this back in December 2021 and have used it a decent number of times—most recently while bushwhacking into untouched territory up in Northern Minnesota, where we got hit by a surprise thunderstorm. This hammock is such a great deal for the price, and I love how it packs down. Whenever I have an opportunity to use it, I use it.

My only critique—after a few roaring, raging, monsoon-level thunderstorms, I have realized that the included rain fly is a bit too small. If you are going to go camping in an area with a lot of rain, I would recommend bringing a larger tarp. Also water proofing wore off relatively quickly, so keep that in mind. All in all, great deal for the price, could not shout my praises louder! Will be recommending to anyone who asks for a good starter hammock.

Earnest B.: I currently an active duty army infantrymen and stationed in Hawaii. I used this product for a week straight in the field during evals. No issues at all, quality 👌, kept mosquitos, centipedes and spiders away from me. Slept like a baby in this thing. It also rained every night and I stayed dry. Product did show up with what appears to be a blunt forced damage point on thr waterproof tarp, that slightly let water droplets through in the middle, but that's probably a storage or packaging issue. I however stayed dry since it was 6 inches to my left.

David S: I purchased this as an alternative to a single person tent for backpacking. The primary reason was to reduce weight.
The hammock with fly and the bags they come in weigh 33.5 oz. The carabiners straps and stakes weigh 11.5 oz.
I replaced the short 6 foot straps with 1500 lb breaking strength Kevlar string/line (25’ per side) and bought 8kN (1800 lb) tensile strength aluminum non locking carabiners and now the total weight of the entire tent , fly, lines, carabiners and case is 2.40 lbs. WIN!!!

I will use sticks found at each site for the stakes.
I will update the post if it does not perform as expected.
