GUNSUN Magnetic Eyelash Set: Enhance Your Eyes with a Reusable Magnetic Lash Kit

Amazon Customer: Really appreciated and enjoyed these magnetic eyelashes! The less dramatic eyelashes in the set look very natural (don't look very fake) but nicely accentuate the eye, and the more dramatic ones I don't think would look too crazy either (haven't tried those yet). They definitely did stay on for long period of time (6-8 hrs), even in hot humid weather in Punta Cana where I went on vacation. You do need to be careful with the magnetic eyeliner/adhesive - it works well, but I found I didn't need to put any other eyeliner than the magnetic eyeliner/adhesive, because it goes on/needs to go on as a wide enough line for the eyelashes to adhere to it. The eyelashes came off easily at the end of the night (only when I did it myself - they never came off on their own/without me wanting them to come off) - but it did take a little bit of time to get the magnetic eyeliner/adhesive off my eyelids - definitely need makeup solution to do it and it took more time to do that than getting off normal eyeliner. Modus Operandi: I should preface this review by saying that I have not tried any other magnetic lashes and am extremely new to this type of thing. I have always been intrigued by the idea of magnetic makeup, and decided to take the plunge and give these a try. The variety of lashes that you get is pretty good, and I appreciate the fact that they included two tubes of magnetic liner. That being said, there is definitely a bit of a learning curve in terms of using this. I found that I needed to apply more liner than I would normally consider wearing, but for someone like me, who doesn't really wear makeup, this might not be that much at all to the average makeup user. I'd say this is a great entry way into magnetic lashes, and is pretty inexpensive. I recommend giving it a try if you are curious, but if you are an experienced user, maybe look at other reviews instead of mine for a more knowledgeable take on this set of lashes. 🙂

Wendy K: These lashes are the best! Super easy to apply (and I am a beginner!) and long staying power as long as you make sure you have good coverage of the liquid magnetic liner on both the inside and outside edges where the lashes end. I spend hours a day in a hot, humid indoor pool environment too so believe this is one of the best tests of their staying power! I have tried a few sets of the typical, more well-known brand drugstore options and do not feel that they are as easy to apply, last as long+r or look as natural.

I do my normal eye make-up routine and apply typical liner as well, then use their magnetic liner on top of it. Curl my own lashes and apply just a bit of mascara, then place these lashes on top. If necessary, I will then add a bit more magnetic liner to the outside edges for extra staying power. I find that my favorites are the shortest/thinnest set of lashes and do not feel they are 'too much' for everyday use. The longer/thicker ones are great for evenings out though!

Dgotimer5: I'll be honest I wasn't expecting much but I took a leap of faith any way..
I've tried some of the most expensive magnetic liners and eyelashes and they always disappointed me.
Other brands had awful hold, the eyeliner was messy and did not stick after the magnet was any where near it.
Just so frustrating to not be able to get the hold and to end up covered in black almost nonremovable eyeliner.
Would almost prefer glue because you can pick it off of your fingers.. AND it burned a lot more then glue ever could.

THESE LASHES ARE NOTHING LIKE THE OTHERS
They are easy to apply. The eyeliner is nice & absolutely mess free/easy to use. The absolute opposite of any other expensive brand.
The lashes themselves fit perfectly. And they are just what I'm looking for since I switched from contacts to glasses for the time being.. I like an average lash behind my glasses so that I'm not constantly blinding myself with a smooshed lash on my lens.
Definitely a great value.
It must have taken less than 5 minutes to apply and be done with both eyes.

AmazonianAmazonian: I love these! I wasnt expecting the best quality for this price, but I really wanted to try them before spending the big bucks. On that note, I dont think I need the "expensive" name brand lashes after trying these! They are great quality, full lashes. There are 5 magnets on each lash and have a strong hold. I can pull on my eyelid and they're not going anywhere unless I want them to. First try, I helped my friends move house in the wind and rain, and by the end of it these lashes were still locked on! Theyre so easy to use, they look natural, and you get a great variety of lengths and thickness. The little carry case is awesome! It hold 2 pairs and has a little mirror inside. The only thing I wish it had is a nice case for everything, but thats just nitpicking. If you have a hard time with gluing lashes on, or the weird sandwich style magnetic ones, u can't go wrong with these.

UPDATE: So, i wanted to add a couple pics and this. The eyeliner does dry tacky, but that is not neccesarily a bad thing. I did a little digging around and discovered that most magnetic eyeliners dry this way for EXTRA hold. The lashes magnetize beautifully to the eyeliner, then the tackiness makes...
