Slowpoke: Been using the GTR since the beginning of the pandemic. It's an excellent value with decent construction. Doesn't have the quality construction of an expensive office chair, but perfectly usable at a fraction of the price. Arm rests started coming apart after two years, but replacements are readily available, relatively cheap and super-easy to install.

I love that it doesn't really cost much and is very comfortable. No more then 4hours at a time tho after that ur gonna want to give your butts a break lol 🤣

Twilda Buckingham: As a 5'7 (171) tall woman, this chair is surprisingly small. How so? Well..

-neck pillow won't come up past my shoulders even at top extension;
-arm rests don't come up very high either, so my elbows aren't bent comfortably and only my wrists are even on them;
-chair doesn't tilt (regardless of tensioner adjustment settings) unless you've reclined...if you're upright, the feet come off the ground instead; and,
-seat is not deep or soft enough to feel relaxed.

Chickenpudding: Chair is sturdy enough, but the seat has a slight forward tilt which make it incredibly uncomfortable. I passed it on to my wife who has also rejected it then passed it on to my son who is also complaining about the seat. I would not recommend buying.

Mark Anderson: There are some good and clever aspects to this but sadly those aren't enough to compensate the flaws.

First, the up-and-down adjustable arms are nice but they pivot side to side (which is a good idea, theoretically) with the slightest touch so I feel like I'm constantly fighting them. The arm pads themselves are barely padded, dense, and are not long enough and should have another two inches on the back side of them. Sitting at the keyboard, my elbows are hanging slightly off the backside of the armrest.

The seat cushion, as others have noted (and which, sadly, I did not read prior to purchase) is hard. Not rock hard, but definitely on the concrete end of the spectrum. I have not spent a full day in it yet (this will be my first) but an hour in it last night made me think this was likely a send back. My rear is already getting sore and it's only been an hour and a half this morning. There are no springs (that I can see or feel) so I don't think this is something that just needs to be broken in.

Also, the rocking function is a bit RINO. Rocking in name only. Technically, you can make it rock but you have to be a power lifter to do so. My wife could not make it...
