The manual isn't the best, and can be confusing at times but if you watch and follow the instructional video, it's great. Assembly took an hour, and I love it so far.

Skullzeye'87: This is one of the more expensive "gaming chairs", not the most expensive, but you can find some for about half the price. If you get it on sale, I would recommend it. Overall it is a very comfortable chair to sit in for a few hours of gaming. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that there are some areas with room for improvement: I like the footrest idea, but unless you are shorter than 5'6", it really is not a great design. I am 6' tall, and the footrest ends up at about mid-calf range, which is not the most comfortable, I still end up needing something to rest my feet on. The armrests could be a little wider, with a little more cushion, maybe a little more ergonomically designed for the gamer, especially if you're gaming with a controller. I do however like the idea of the hinge aspect of the armrests, so they move back with you when you recline. Another thing I noticed (mostly due to my height again), is the neck/head pillow height. I find when I am sitting in the chair, that pillow actually ends up at my shoulders, and I can adjust it to where I need it, but as soon as I move it falls back to it's normal resting place, and I have to readjust every time I sit back down, so...

jori blake: I purchased this chair for my son. He’s about 6ft tall and broad chested. The chair is very comfortable for him. The complaint he has is that the chair has a “nob” on either side of the seat, which is a little annoying. The “footrest” is kind of a joke! It is very rickety, difficult to pull out, and hits him behind his calves. Overall, it’s a great chair for a bigger person.

My only critical points would be that the lumbar support is a little hard and its "massage" option is just a constant vibration, not much of a massage for me. Overall I would recommend this chair

Fade: Easy enough to put together, pay close attention to the instructions, but most screws and parts are already in place and simply need to be backed out and then tightened. Build time for me was under 1 hr. Putting the back on wouldve been easier with a second person, but is manageable by one.

Armests adjust with the tilt of the chair but on their own are a little on the short side.

When reclining, the chair has some horizontal sway. when fully reclined, the balance of the chair can feel a bit like you may fall over, or bend the central piston.

At its lowest setting, its a bit short for my set up, i find most office chairs have to be at their lowest for my desk, so this is a shorter chair overall

The PU feels very nice, if in a hot climate, could get toasty after awhile

The scooped hip area may poke you if you have wider hips

Massager is a bullet vibrator pressed into the lumbar pillow, vibration is very weak, and works when plugged in only, does not have a battery, i ended up taking the bullet out and just using it as a pillow

Foot rest is on the shorter side, im 5'10, and my calves hang halfway off the rest, with ankles and feet...

Santa Fe Cowboy: UPDATE: 21 June 2022: This is a follow up to my review below. The text below is still valid but the company reached out to me and made good on its promise of having satisfied customers. It took awhile. The company was going through a re-organization, factory wise and administratively. They apologized profusely concerning the chair and explained there (I didn't quite understand) either is now or will be a redesign of the chair. As far as comfort of the chair it was pretty good. If there is indeed a redesign and it takes care of the problems I had, then I would recommend the chair. I really liked the color - a dark maroon more than red. Also the chair was a good looking chair. As I indicated, it took awhile but if a company is going through a re-organization, I can understand why it took it took 6 months. If nothing else, their customer service is very good and responsive.
