Reasonable Reviewer: I received this book specifically to write a review. That said, I try to be honest and open in all my reviews.

This book proposes a study a week approach, focused on Christian men and the Godly expectations of males.

This is a book for Christians about reading and studying the Bible. This is not a beginner book. This expects that you know something about the Christian Faith, and that you can commit to a serious and consistent study of the holy text.

To be even handed, the book is only looking at one chapter per week.

I could see this as either individual study or as a resource for a men's group at a church.

Each chapter starts with a premise, shows the Biblical origins, tells a narrative, and then, asks the reader to relate the Biblical lesson to his own life.

There is nothing wildly controversial in this book. It is about caring for your family and loved ones and working in an earnest way on your faith.

I liked this book a lot.
